I have had a few peaks at some wonderful
studios, I can't wait to check everyone out. Karen is so great to host the 4th bloggers party in our studios.
My studio/craft room is small, well of course
it is I live in a tiny cottage.
But every inch is packed full of my
treasures and supplies in case I
get in the gluing, sewing, painting,
assembling and glittering mood.
I added a mantel which I usually use
just to play with some of my newest
pieces of scrapes, metal, broken
and useless odds and ends.
These sweet fabric dolls were painted
in the 80's by my dear friend Theresa.
The altar scarf is over 100's years old,
it came from a very old rural
primitive Black church.
Made by hand but most likely not ever used since there is a spelling error.
"There is Sweet Rest in Heaven"
This wonderful old blue stepback
is packed with this and that.
On top of the stepback is my antique
glider horse with bears
and cuddly ones.
This corner is packed full
of even more great supplies, I love my
antique furniture and with such little space
I use everything I can for storage.
I love old books and have
a serious issue with wonderful pictures,
art, text....darn it, just paper in general.
Old, new, copies or originals I just love images.
Ah! Glitter
I do love my glitter. A small corner
cabinet is packed full of the good stuff.
Another tiny child's cupboard is filled
with brushes, charcoal, water color powder,
and ink direct from China
Antique cutlery trays holds even more treasures.
Thanks for stopping by I have enjoyed our visit. Enjoy a great weekend, Kathy
