We are down to the last two weeks of the Halloween season.
Anything and everything that will get decorated
is done. The dust bunnies and dog prints have been
tackled, what shows up is invited to the parties.
The table is set the menu planned and the favors are finished.
The large pair of ravens were purchased a few years back from Target.
The candle was in my Swapoween package from Vandy. Doesn't it look
great with the ravens?
The small dishes are from Pottery Barn this year.
The designs are wonderful and each of the four
are different.
The raven table runner was also from Pottery Barn a few
years back.
I would have loved a pair of pillows with the same design.
I simply love Pottery Barn.

Now for another peek of halloween.....
This is a corner on Theresa's deck, the photo was taken one spooky night. She keeps her sheets handy, her grandson is scared of skeltons so she stays busy covering up, moving and stashing them all in the name of halloween.
Hopefully his distaste for skulls and bones will change in the future.
Hope you enjoyed your weekend, Happy Hauntings, Kathy

Kathi,
ReplyDeleteI love the good 'ol PB too! I bought a glow in the dark table runner a couple of years ago. It got kind of funky & cannot be washed so I turned it into throw pillows. I love the dishes you got & the ravens from Target are awesome. I love decorating for Halloween & see you do too.

What a lovely hallowe'en table - there's something quite grown-up about it...and why shouldn't grown-ups enjoy hallowe'en too?
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful table scape, Halloween elegance. I like Pottery Barn too but I mostly copy since I have champagne taste and a soda pop budget lol. The skeleton vignette on the deck is really cool. I hope Theresa's grandson will learn to like them someday. Thanks so much for visiting following you too.
ReplyDeleteLOVE your tablescape Kathy!!! WOO HOO for ravens and EAP!!! Awesome!!! I, too, love Pottery Barn - especially so come "holiday" time and was wondering why I, a loyal customer, stopped receiving their catalogs....Found out the DH was "intercepting..." Oh so not nice....I'm working on a special spell for him! ;o) Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

ReplyDeleteI am weeping (with envy and longing lol) viewing your table-ravens and your raven runner and your Ravenesque PLATES?! I can say only two things: swoon and whimper lol....
ReplyDeleteAlas, I am far afield (literally) from a Target and/or a PB, sadly. Happily tho I'm able to enjoy their offerings thru your wonderful arrangements here (yay!)
Happy ever nearing Halloween!
Hi Kathy!
ReplyDeleteFanTAStic table!
I am stealing a few of your ideas, so I'll let you know when I blog about them, and I'll credit you, too.
I blogged about you today -- as I opened and unwrapped the Giveaway box. Seriously, you are amazing!
Generous, and with such a lovely way of presenting things. Thank you SO much ... I may have had men jackhammering out parts of my cellar floor, and I may have been battling to save our old oak tree, but having your package to open was a wonderful "high" in my day. In my week, as a matter of fact.
Thanks!
Cass
Love your Halloween decor!

I really enjoyed seeing your Halloween decorations... they were very inspiring. Pottery Barn is one of my favorite places too... I'm ready to go right now after seeing this post. ":o) Thank you for the inspiration! Loved it!
ReplyDeleteAaaahhhhh, Pottery Barn! What's not to love about that wonderful place? It's one of the most fabulous places on earth! :-) I missed my PB class this morning, doggone it. Got a little turned around on dates. The plates are so cool, and I really like the runner...they're both classically spooky. Poor child afraid of skeletons and skulls...I can only imagine! He'll outgrow it...probably become an orthopedic surgeon! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful blog! I am enjoying catching up on all your great posts! Love the ravens!
ReplyDeleteOh, I adore your raven decor! So lovely!
ReplyDeleteTotally fantastic. I'm lacking the great table setting. I'm jealous.....lol
